Cancellation Policy
Standard Rescheduling: Any appointment rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance is completely free of charge but is strictly dependent on current open calendar availability. If the calendar is fully booked, the client must select the next available open slot.The Crisis Exception: Emergency Crisis Consultations are exempt from standard calendar wait times. If a crisis appointment needs to be adjusted, the Care Coordinator will manually fast-track the request to coordinate an immediate priority time slot with the advisors.Late Adjustments: Any change requested with less than 24 hours' notice across any service tier results in a 100% forfeiture of the fee.
